I DID NOT RECEIVE THE VERIFICATION EMAIL
Make sure that you typed your email correctly, often times the emails cant be delivered because of the misspelled email. If you’re still not receiving the verification email after selecting “Resend”, check your junk mail or spam folder, the email may have ended up there
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE LICENSE KEY AFTER PURCHASING IT
Make sure that you use the same email when purchasing as the email that you use for logging into Visuino website. In case you used a diferent email, please contact support to update your information.
WHICH OPERATING SYSTEMS ARE SUPPORTED ?
Currently we have a release scheduled for Microsoft Windows but we are working on a Mac and Linux version.
HOW WILL THE LICENSING WORK ?
Our licenses are per developer, per version. Each license also comes with a period of free updates, that can be extended. Please click here for more infornation on pricing and coverage periods: https://www.visuino.eu/ordering
First Login to your account here and check your license status, if it says updates expired you can click the purchase button to extend the updates subscription. You will be redirected to the payment processor. After the purchase you will be able to see in your account the same key but with a renewed updates exp. date. If you still get the message in Visuino Enter the key again and restart the Visuino.
HOW DO I GET SUPPORT?
Basic support is supplied with your purchase and premium support may be available on request. Bugs that are reported are fixed immediately and appropriate releases made.

Message: License Expired
First check that your are using the correct Visuino type, if you have a License key for a Standard Version then first make sure that you installed the Standard Version and not Pro. If you still get the message please contact support and we will check in the system.
WHICH BOARDS ARE SUPPORTED ?
The official Arduino boards are supported currently, as well as Trinket, Trinket Pro, Digispark, Digispark Pro, Picoduino, Controllino, Linkit ONE, Teensy 2.0, Teensy 2.0++, Teensy 3.0, Teensy 3.1, Teensy 3.2, Teensy LC, Femto IO, FreeSoC2, ESP8266, NodeMCU ESP-12, ESP32, chipKIT, and many others. We are working to support as much hardware as possible.
I HAVE A NEW BOARD OR DEVICE THAT IS NOT SUPPORTED, WHAT CAN I DO ?
