Subscription Notifications & Retention Notes
Payment Notifications:
- A notification will be sent 1 week before the next payment is due to remind users of the upcoming renewal.
Overdue Notifications:
- If a payment is missed, an overdue notification will be sent 1 week after the due date.
Cancellation Policy:
- If the subscription remains unpaid, it will be canceled 1 week after the last overdue notification.
Subscription Interval & Length:
- The subscription is yearly and recurring, ensuring continuous access unless manually canceled.
